From: "Neal Herman" <chrycordoba@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> >They are $75 a set, and I have no idea whether that's a deal or not. Hello Neal,(and List) The pads for the rear of '74-5 Imperials are readily avail in Autoparts stores for about $15 (fifteen) per set. The # is D-93. The lower-metal lip has to ge ground-down slightly so as not to contact the hub. I would strongly suggest using Organic pads vs. Metallic ones since the Organic ones are easier on those impossible-to-find rear rotors. I just put rear pads and new brake hardware on the rear of my '75 a few months ago. If anyone would like some detailed pics of how to do this easy job, please email me privately for pics. It might take me a few days to respond. Steve from Albany,N.Y. '75 Imp 4dr <--stops on a dime...gives you .09 cents change. They are $75 a set, and I have no idea whether that's a deal or not. He's done marvelous work on my '59 Imperial and '72 Riviera, which I just took on a 1700 mile trip to Chicago and back, and he's quite well versed on early '60s Mopars of all varieties, for anyone in the Washington area who is looking for someone who knows these cars. Please e-mail him directly at salvage04@xxxxxxx or his shop at 301/937-4541.
