76 NYB Instruments Not Working

I thought of that too.  I looked there and saw no voltage limiter.  Is it
somewhere else on a 76?  I am referring to a 77 FSM and there are a number
of differences.

some of theses cars have a voltage regulator plugged into the rear of
the instrument panel looks like a small circuit
breaker
