I've been following this thread with curiosity. Mostly because I've been 
looking for something to substitute for a window lift motor in my '64 Mercury.

Here's a question... is the water pump motor designed to be reversible? 
Obviously the window lift motors go both directions, but I don't remember 
my water pump ever spinning backwards in any car I've owned ;^)  so is the 
Moroso motor designed to provide bi-directional capability?

Just curious...
