I was going to look at this, but you didn't provide the
auction number. The bid incraments get larger as the bidding goes higher on
their own.

Received a message from the
owner and he says the roof is as smooth as a baby's butt. Doesn't look it,
but I guess I will have to believe him. Like you, the trim must have fooled
me. My 1963 does have a textured roof, but it doesn't have the chrome
dividing it from the body. Good chance it was an after market
