Hi Trevor and All, I can tell you that IML member Roy and I both found the same problem with our ATC..... there is a vacuum connector piece in this picture ( http://www.imperialclub.com/YearByYear/1967/AutomaticTemperatureControl/page s/ATC24-42_gif.htm) and for some reason the plastic gets brittle and all these break off, once these brake off the system no longer works properly ... Roy fixed his by drilling the existing pieces out and replacing them with copper pipe, I just canned that whole piece and went with vacuum connectors which you can get an any auto parts store.... On the website we have the whole ATC manual from the FSM Plus supplements on how to Trouble shoot the system and How the system works...
