Kerry, I like Roy's idea for the coupe glass! I also
(in my many careers) worked at a glass shop while I
never worked on tempered glass, I did use safety glass
to make all the side windows for a 55 Ch*** and a
couple of bugs. I cut the glass square (due to the
chrystaline structure of glass) and then went to the
water cooled belt sanded and made the curves. I
personally would experiment with a side window you do
not need with virtually no pressure at all! And a lot
of tape on the window. I have always wanted to try
this. Remember to wear gloves and glasses!
