speedometer

I have a problem with my speedometer in my '59 Imperial.  At 30mph, it's
okay.  At 50, it registers 65 mph!!  Obviously, the jewel/s is worn.  Who
does this type of work IN A TIMELY MANNER??  Does anyone have a KNOWN good
one for sale or to use, in case it takes a while to get mine repaired??
