mitchell motor parts

To all imperial club members:
    I am just giving my experence with Mitchell .
     I ordered parts for my imperial  last july. He never got the parts for
me. I just recived a refund after 9 months.I know he has lots of chrysler
parts, but having them in hand or saying he has them is another.I would say
the best way to deal with him is having parts in hand before sending the
?!#$%&*  monies.
