electric lock/int lights problem found-need solution

Remember my flashing lights? Well down by the fuse box is a little, well
kind of a "circit breaker". This kind of a breaker can handle a load up to
15A. the reason it flashes is because the "load" is too much for the 15A
circit breaker. That means there is a short in one of the wires. The only
problem is, is that i dont know where that wire may be touching bare metal.
How do I find this wire?
