These are extremely dim, and cannot be seen by most normal humans. You can take the door panel off and inspect the fiber optic tube that takes the light from the bulb, and replace the bulb (it is a separate bulb), but my prediction is that after doing all that, you still won't be able to see them except on a moonless, starless night, and then only if you squat down with a magnifying glass. Don't ask how I know all this.
