Stan, If you have any 1959 Imperial models please let me know, I would be very interested in one, since I probably had about ten of these back in 1959, but who knows what happened to them? Most likely lost in moves from one house to another. I can't remember destroying any of them, like I used to do to with my old airliner models, I used to like to see the thick black smoke coming from the burning plastic. Yes, I was a weird child, but I loved my Imperials, and would love to reconstruct one today. Whenever I go to hobby shops I always check the shelves to see if they started making them again. They are getting close, the other day I saw a '57 Chrysler 300m, and a '57 Plymouth Fury as new releases. let me know if you have the '59 Imperial, either convertible or hardtop.
