You can hang the brake hose up higher that the center of gravity, and that will stop most of the fluid from leaking. Then just install the new calipers and pads , hook up the line and bleed the front brakes. Usually don't need to mess with bleeding the back brakes. You may have to adjust the rear brakes tho to have full pedal.
