Re: IML: '65 engine choice - economics likely to decide?

It seems, 413 engine parts may not be that bad after-all. I just spoke with my machine shop owner, and he says he can package a kit with the following components:Pistons, rings, main bearings, rod bearings, cam bearings,New camshaft (not re-ground) lifters, timing chain, and gears, oil pump, freeze plugs, and gasket set. All parts meet, or exceed OEM. Pistons are only .030-.040 over. $750- 800. depends on ring, and bearing choice. Ya'll have a nice day. Dave.
