TRY SOME "PB BLASTER" AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. TIGHTEN THE NUTS, JUST A LITTLE, AFTER THE PB HAS BEEN ON THE CORRECT TIME, AND I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF IT DID NOT WORK. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DESTROY MY A/C EVAP. IN MY CHEROKEE TRYING TO REMOVE THE HIGH SIDE HOSE, AND WAS TOLD TO DO THE SAME THING I AM TELLING YOU-- AND , MAN IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM!

I have been soaking the studs/nuts with penetrating oil for about 2 days now. Didn't matter, can't get the nuts off. I tried a nut buster, but not enough room to get it in position. If I put too much torque on the not, the mounting brackets that are welded onto the frame start twisting. I don't want to break those tabs off.
