Rob,

The car passed all tests except for the treadmill CO test.  It failed by
nearly three times the "allowed" amount. It passed the CO test at idle,
however, but only by .3 of a point. Just barely slid by. On the HC/PPM
tests it passed both with a reasonable margin to spare.
