Except for it being "old," I cannot imagine why anyone would pay close to $70 for a tool that is available from JC Whitney for $29.

I bought the one from JC Whitney.  After about killing myself with it, destroying the tool and wasting a weeks time I still couldn't get the drum off.  I then bought  the "real deal" for something close to $100 and had the drum off in five minutes.  IMHO you might as well flush $30 down the toilet  rather than waste your time with the JC Whitney thing.
