Tim: If the rear windows work then the feed circuits are ok. That leaves the switches and motors and the wiring between. Pop out the window switch on the right front. Connect a test light from ground and touch each terminal in the connector, one should light the test light, this is your 12 v. feed. Connect a fused jumper from that terminal to one of the other terminals, if the motor runs then you need to repair the switch, if not then it is time to open up the door and take a look at the motor.
