Hi all, We're debating on our french forum about Automatic Transmission and especially what to do when you stop (at a red light or "stop & go" heavy traffic) for a while ? 1- Put the trans in N 2- Leave the trans in D Some say you must put in N to avoid increase of ATF fluid, other say to rest in D to avoid multiple engaging of clutches-band which can wear them.. I'll forward your opinions on my bulletin board Thanks Phil Courant (Pau, France) '57 Imperial convertible '96 Roadmaster wagon - American Car Club de France (ACCF) : http://www.accf.com - Chrysler Imperial France : http://c-i-f.ifrance.com/ ( ----------------- http://www.imperialclub.com ----------------- This message was sent to you by the Imperial Mailing List.
