IML: 58 CI torqueflite shift points

I rebuilt the T/Flite in my '58 during the restoration. The light and
part shift points appear to be right on the money but the WOT upshifts
are low, about 45 mph 2-3 and the trans does a 2-3 upshift at 45 mph in
manual second. Any ideas from the transmission gurus out there?
