IML: 61 era door handles

             Probably the main reason for breakage is pulling too hard on the handles-because of lack of lubrication on the latch mechanisms inside the doors. If you remove the door panels, and oil the insides of the door latch and rods- and then coat it with spray white lithium grease, they will work "butter smooth" like a 61 should.  Rob Kidd 61/65
