Probably condensation. There is a drain tube that goes from the bottom of the copndensor unit to the out of doors. It may be plugged. Un-goop it with a piece of wire (be careful) or compressed air. Use LOW pressure on the air.

its clean and very cold especially when i turn a corner and it hits my feet lol
