I don’t believe this would be original to a 1956 car.  I admit this is a guess, but I don’t think T3s appear until around 1964 or so.   I believe I recall hearing that the GM collectors are having the 5 inch ones reproduced, but yours has to be a 7 inch, for which there would be little call.

Is there any where a guy can buy a T3 Headlight? I have one on the passenger side and would like to have one for the drivers side for my1956 Imperial.
