Subject: RE: IML: Looking for an idler
arm - 1968
Dave,
Unfortunately it is the socket that has gone bad (ball joint). I
wish I knew how they do the rebuilds on these. I can machine out the old one,
but don't know where I could get parts to rebuild it . It's he same deal with
the center link for my '62.

What exactly is
bad on yours? The bushing or the ball joint? Rockauto Parts has a bushing kit
for $18
Dave
Some call it retirement, some call it a second career... I
just call it adding 5ive days to the weekend!

Hello
all,
I need to replace the idler arm on my 1968 Imperial. If
anyone has a
serviceable unit for sale, please let me
know.
I'm also looking for a center link for a
1962.
Thank you
Tom
