The Budge cover I bought at Carlisle had elastic all around the hem.  That's fine for securing it once it's on the car, but trying to put it on/take it off the car was a real b*tch.  It just wadded up in a big ball.  It also was not soft at all, and because of the elastic, impossible to fold into something that didn't take up the whole trunk.  Admittedly, it was a '72 Buick Riviera trunk, about half the size of an Imperial's.

These are really inexpensive covers for what they are.
 Someone wrote in that the Budge covers are exactly
what you pay for (cheap).... so choose carefully.
