Maybe if the tools were destroyed after the car was restored, otherwise
tools are just part of the game. Sometimes I don't want to think abut how
much I have spent on tools...
Tool costs get diluted with more cars restored using them. I would include
lending them to friends to help restore other cars.

If one were to tally the total cost of restoration of what can only be
described as rolling art, would one include in that sum, tools?
