Yes, I have just ordered stuff from him, and heard back within a day via
e-mail.  He did say that he is getting ready for a big show in Arizona (a
300 show?) and is very busy.  

This is the deal with Gary.  He is always too busy, but his stuff is the
best, and he is very reasonable.   You just have to be patient, and in your
case, I'd try a follow up by FAX.  That is the way he prefers to hear from
people, I understand.   I e-mailed, US mailed and FAX, 3 copies of what I
wanted.
