IML: Roger- re 62 red imp from Arizona

I'm considering buying this car, now in FLA, and read that when you saw it you could plainly see _36 stamped on the pad. You also noted that it was a cubically challanged Imperial. Before I spend a fortune could you be more specific and tell me what you mean by cubicaally challanged? I believe that the correct engine should be 413- what are the effects of the car having a _36 engine on the performance and value. Thank you so much for any info you can provide.
