If you want something that's going to lubricate something very well and for a long time, go to your local gun store.  The stuff used for guns is very slippery and doesn't break down like WD-40.  I use something called Firepower 15.  It's a silicon-based lubricant that works wonders on anything you put it on.  It's also clear, so no stains or greasy spots.  It's great on old locks and such.  I'd imagine it would work just fine on a power antenna.
