I use dated '63 Colo plates on our '63 Le Baron. The front plate I keep on
it all the time even tho I should not. I put the rear plate on for those
special reasons. I did drive from Colo Spgs to Reno to attend "Hot Aug Nights" and
back with the 1963 dated plates on the car since it was for a "special car
event" as stated by the law.
I also have 1947 Colo plates for our 1947 De Soto Custom.
