Virginia allows YOM (Year of Manufacture) plates on anything 25 years old or 
older.  That's all I use for my 4 65 A Bodies and 1 65 B Body.  For when my 
81 Imperial turns 25, I have a set of plates with the 81 decal ready for 
use.
