IML: Rear window 61 LeBaron

Hello Imperialfolks! I need help, I must take out the rear window on my 1961 LeBaron.Can anybody tell me how I

should do so I don´t break the trim

and the windows? The windows must out because there is rust around it. I must also have a new weatherstrip does anybody know where I can buy it?
