Do a google search on Dash Specialists and you will get to the reference and
then to the website.

They've done dash pads for two 60 Imperials for me and for my partner's 61.
All three very well done at around $650.  Turn around was under three
months.  One of them I dropped off while driving through Medford and they
sent the finished dash to my restorer for me.

I recommend them.  Had a negative experience with Just Dashes in '97. In
response to a written request for an estimate for my 60 Imperial, I received
a brochure and nothing else until I shook the envelope inadvertently and a
sliip of note paper fell out with  blunt handwritten words I remember--not
dyed, $650 and maybe another word or two.

Seemed cold and unprofessional so I went looking elsewhere and haven't
looked back.
