IML: Bills praise of me is unwarranted

Bills post today praised me for trying to help him with his car.  I was glad 
to do it and to me it was no big deal , hes a good guy.  However.....I have 
worked too hard to acquire and maintain my generally surly, aloof, 
disdaining  and don't give a rip demeanor over the years.   Now I have to 
face the fact that his generous post today regarding me will no doubt change 
someones attitude about me....well forget it!

Im generally glad to provide assistance with technical matters and such, 
that always has been and always will be something that I like to do. 
Knowledge is power and theres too many powerless people out there who are 
prey to the shyster mechanics, idiot parts droids,  know it alls who read a 
book about cars once, urban legends, phases of the moon, bad hair days,  no 
sense of taste ,  late night informercials and all the other pitfalls that 
face us every day.

Tonite is Thanksgiving Eve, and Im thankful to be a member of the IML and 
that I have my Imperial.  Now that Ive said that, have a Happy Thanksgiving 
everyone and I will now retreat back to my Grinch mode to celebrate this 
special time of year.
