On the subject of incompetent counterpersons: I was at the bank, decided to 
try the Strauss across the street to pick up some 3/8 efi fuel hose to re-do 
some of my Imperial.  Didn't see any around, so I asked the parts person who 
tried to look it up in the computer.  I told him I just wanted fuel hose, 
didn't they have a roll?  He came out from behind the counter and pointed me 
to some hose.  I told him it was heater hose and he responded "Isn't it the 
same thing?"  Needless to say I left without any hose.
