Kenyon is correct (though I paid close to 100 for mine).   I first followed the FSM instructions for the tool, but the hubs on our '64 were not budging.  A local MOPAR guy said take the dog bone off and put a (strong) impact on it.  I did (with antisieze on the forcing screw), and POW, off they came.  ;o)

I own the one on this page in image #9 and it works really well.  I paid about $50 for mine at the local place that sells medium-grade tools.

Put grease on the threads and use an air-powered impact wrench with a hardened socket instead of the dogbone and you'll pop it right off every time.
