several years ago, as I was getting my Imperial up to snuff, I contacted Butch @ Southern Bumpers and shared a similar experience ..

I took all of the exterior trim , pot metal , etc. .their guy inventoried it , gave me an estimate , and I left the stuff with them. .Several months later , I stopped by to " visit my chrome " only to find that it wasn't there..

What had happened was that his guy had quit, and as a result, Butch took it on himself to send my stuff to a guy in another state, and when I got my chrome back, it was Fabulous..$ 3,856.00. .But worth every penny.

The car is back together now and looks wonderful..I've had other items done also , and always with great results..
