Lepards don't change their spots and people that are not looked upon in a 
good light for a $100 deal will be worse on a high dollar deal, from the 
picture on E Bay it looks a tired out operation and I personally would want 
a first class appraiser and an even better lawyer ! just a personal view.

When theres not food left on the table , a hungry man finds food by other 
means.
