Re: IML: mitchells for sale

Lepards don't change their spots and people that are not looked upon in a good light for a $100 deal will be worse on a high dollar deal, from the picture on E Bay it looks a tired out operation and I personally would want a first class appraiser and an even better lawyer ! just a personal view.

When theres not food left on the table , a hungry man finds food by other means.

some of the inventory is probably not in demand.some he priced too high and
some like my nos rotors were warped.the inventory will take a long time to
sell.if he wasnt banned from hemmings he may have sold more but he sells one
item at a time.a new owner would have to remedy that.how much rent does he
want or how much would it cost to move everything and what is his 5 year
consulting fee.buyer beware.i would like to see his business in different
hands but it probably isnt economically feasible.---- Original Message -----
