Another hint for trunk lid bumpers



I should have mentioned in previous suggestion (like Elijah's below), that you use a touch of rubber lube.

I've always had good results using a very small
slotted screwdriver to gently ease the tabs through
the holes. Obviously, you have to be careful not to
damage the rubber, but with a little time and
patience, you should be able to get them in there.
