'62 Front End/ Goodyear

I'm not Steve, but I can tell you that new tires shouldn't make the car wobble 
unless they are seriously out of balance. If that is the case, it would usually 
shake, not wobble. 

Most Goodyear Tire Stores are not going to have anyone in their shop qualified 
to work on the front end of your car. If they think that they can do the job, 
but can't give you references, find another shop. If they don't know what they 
are doing they could ruin your car.
