I came home today and both of my cars were missing from the carport. I immediately called my brother, who is staying with me but whose car was conspicuous by its absence and asked him where they were.
The dummy immediately sang and told me to walk around the corner to the Orchard Supply Hardware parking lot where both of my cars were parked with for sale signs prominently displayed in them. I would have strung me along a while longer, but fortunately he's a nicer guy than I am.
I've had 15 calls so far today, and nobody seems very understanding about this being April 1st when they figure out that they're not getting my cars for $500 each.
The good news is that I have a half gallon of Ice cream in the freezer and he has a 4-year old, so I think that I can get her to do just about anything when it's time for payback.
