Corporate Auto Movers

I cannot endorse the use of Corporate Auto Movers.  These people are
brokers and you have no way to determine exactly who will actually be
moving your car.
I bought a 65 Polara convertible in San Jose, CA and had it shipped to
SE PA using CAM.  They, in turn, contracted the haul to Autobahn
Express.  It took my car a month to make the trip and I never got a call
from CAM or Autobahn without calling them first.
The haul was supposed to take 10 days, then another few days, then
another few...  I had to keep calling CAM over and over to get updates
since I am an hour from the drop point and needed some notice to be
there.  I got NO calls from the driver until a day before drop off
(Friday the 13th of February 2004).
This was an enclosed haul and it was not cheap.  The cars were really
jammed in that trailer and the driver had to crawl on my car to get
inside and move it.
CAM did say that they were unhappy with Autobahn and would not deal with
them again, but who knows.  That statement may have been for my peace of
mind only.
