Those plastic emblems above the headlight brows are being reproduced, and were probably missing on that car until it got the VERY recent slathered on black paint job. One can tell by the condition of the chrome that the car did not look like that until very recently. Regardless, it is definately worth restoring and in my opinion is a great buy at anything under $10,000 as long as the description of the mechnicals is accurate.
