POR 15 is manufactured by (drum roll, please) . .
POR 15.  ;o)  It's usually a little cheaper to buy it
directly through their website: http://www.por15.com/.

If you are planning to paint over POR 15, you have to
primer the surface before POR has dried completely --
they have good instructions on their website at
http://www.por15.com/uploads/files/por-15%20application%20sheet.pdf.

This stuff works great for battery trays, by the way.
