Rust Mort and Rust Seal are both competitive products. I used them under the Corroless on my car. The Rust Seal is rubbery and goes well into tight places like the bottom inside of doors and such.
I bought the intro pack of Por-15 at the same time, and skipped it because the other two could be loaded into a spray gun (corroless) and a windex spray bottle (Rust Mort). I found them convenient. The POR-15 may go onto the block.
I also got the Eastwood manifold grey for the exhast manifolds. Not applied it yet....
The car had serious surface rust but no cancer. I am praying that it won't re-appear. Car is in primer now and has been for 6 months - no re-appearance yet. Don't use Rust Seal under paint/primer - it is more rubbery and soft than Rust Mort.
Remember that nothing beats scraping or grinding off the rust first!

I put in my two cents. Years ago Skinned Knuckles Magazine did a extensive test of all the products. POR 15 came out as excellent. The two runner ups were Corroless and believe it or not good old Rustoleum black. There was aprox 12 to 14 products tested with some failing horribly.
