snowflake wheels-red centers

The 1983 Imperials came with the white / clear centres.  It is the only
style listed in the 1983 parts catalogue.  I have a 1983 Imperial with the
white / clear centres with "IMPERIAL" in the plastic.  I am the third
owner - the second owner purchased it in 1986.

The 1981 and 1982 Imperials came with the red centres.
