Nope has nothing to do with the Name IMPERIAL as we have our club logo up with no problems. It specifically says in their Terms fo Service which I hadn't bothered to read before that you can't use pictures of cars that are original or modified as they belong to the Manufacturer of the car... I'm pretty sure if it said "Chrysler Imperial Club" on our stuff that they wouldn't let us use that, but they have no problem with the word IMPERIAL. And as several people have pointed out today both publicly and privately Chrysler has no Legal Interest in Pictures of Our Cars. It's just Cafe Press doing the CYA thing.
