Power windows work alla time?

The are two feeds of heavy power to the driver's door on a 68, one is "on"
all the time to operate the power door locks, and one is only "on" with the
key, for the windows.   One could easily hook the power window master switch
to the "on alla timey" wire, on purpose (as I did with my truck) or by
accident.
