1969-73 fender skirts.

I just wonder imperial friends,was fender skirts an option on the 1970 
Imperial Le Baron?
I have seen 1969,71,72 and 73 with fenders,but not an 1970.
I have a friend here in Norway who just bought a '70 from Atlanta,and he 
really wonders about that fender skirts.
