Bucket seats were indeed available for '73 -- see page 39 of the '73 Imperial Dealer Album at http://www.imperialclub.com/yearbyyear/1973/Data/41.htm. In fact, the "airplane style" seating introduced on '64 Imperials more or less qualifies as bucket seats -- although "airplane style" seating sounds MUCH more dignified. However, consoles were NOT available on the '73 Imperial, nor were "portal windows." As always, there's a S-L-I-M chance that someone could have special ordered these items from the factory, but it's much more likely that they were added later. I've seen many, many items over the years that owners genuinely believed were some sort of "special" factory option, but which were really JC Whitney special sale items.
