For the record: 1. A RB harmonic balancer / damper from any big block that is internally balanced, as was earlier stated , is the same. Find one, clean it off, bolt it on, bolt your old pulleys on, be happy. Dont sweat it if its not the same year etc etc....as your old one. 2. The chrysler starter was changed in 62 with the advent of the aluminum case tflite. Napa or Lester ( old system here ) part numbers 3257 or 3258 will work., sometimes you find a " hi torque " version...its about 3/4 of an inch longer than stock...its a bolt in. Do not worry about the year etc...just enjoy it. 3. 99 times out of 100..the bulkhead connectors that feed the main power up to the ammeter go bad. This is the cause of those mystery " everything dies " symptoms. Remember...even with the key off, most of our cars should still have power to the brake lights, head lights, lighters, and a few other things. When this stuff is also dead..check the bulkhead connector , when everything else seems normal. Been there done that...these are common Mopar maladies. Take care folks, Mikey 62 Crown Coupe
