Fire possibility from 6V solenoid??



There are power converters available, but not at that current level, and
they scream - the noise would drive you nuts!

I think maybe you need to talk to the hydraulic cylinder folks?  You have
the address for Hydro-E-Lectric and San Gabriel top service, right.
